Параметрична ідентифікація математичної моделі процесу ректифікації

Abstract

The problem of determining immeasurable parameters of the nonlinear mathematical model of the statics of the multicomponent rectification process - the efficiency of the contact devices of the column has been solved. The calculation is based on the measurements of the input indicators of the process and the temperatures on the control trays of the column during its operation. Algorithmic foundations of parametric identification of the mathematical model as a separate contact device or section of the apparatus as well as the entire rectification column have been given. Using the example of the apparatus for separating the ten-component methyl tert-butyl ether synthesis product, the conformity of the simulation results with the use of the proposed identification method and experimental data has been proved.
