Abstract

The proposed control and monitoring device for an asynchronous motor contains a thyristor power converter, a control unit for the converter, a switch, three single-phase contactors, a control unit for the switch and the contactors, a digital-to analog converter, phase current transducers, phase voltage transducers, a vibration transducer, a temperature transducer for the motor winding, a rotation frequency for the motor rotor, a control computer with a video monitor and a keyboard, signal converters, and interface devices.
