Підвищення ефективності процесів формоутворення заготовок з порошкових матеріалів на вібропресовому обладнанні з гідроімпульсним приводом

Abstract

The thesis is aimed at increasing the efficiency of processes of powder materials work pieces’ formation at vibro pressing equipment with hydro impulsive gear. The scientific basis for studying the defined problem is a systematic approach to technological complex (system I – work piece; system II – working process; system III – machine), the essence of which is in evaluation of each system parameter and determining their interconnection. On the basis of the suggested approach the main principles of increasing the efficiency of processes of powder materials work pieces’ formation at vibro pressing equipment with hydro impulsive gear are formed. The experimental research proved that the received scientific principles and results of work in general give the efficient practical results implemented at the enterprise.
