Abstract

At the Vinnytsia National Technical University, annually, according to the thematic plan of scientific research work 75 K1 "Monitoring and assessment of physical fitness of students of 1-4 years of VNTU", which is carried out by the department of physical education within the working hours of teachers, during the 2020-2024 academic years, monitoring and statistical processing of the results of physical fitness of students of higher education of the 1st-4th courses of the National Technical University. This article investigates and analyzes the dynamics of indicators of motor readiness and highlights the peculiarities of the educational process of VNTU students. An analysis of the latest research and publications on this topic was carried out. Using the methods of mathematical statistics, static criteria were determined and a comparative analysis of the dynamics of motor readiness indicators was carried out. Ways to improve the physical fitness of VNTU students while studying at the university have been identified.
