Підвищення точності внутрисхемних вимірювальних перетворень методом корекції фазового зсуву

Abstract

The combined method of converеtings accuracy rise of passive two-poles parameters in the closed electrical circuits is considered. The rise of accuracy is achieved at the expense of both amplitude and phase component compensation of a multiplicate convertings error. The compensation of an amplitude component is performed by substitution methods of the value researched with standard gage. The correction of a phase component is achieved by registration of phase shift of a converter output signal.
