Abstract

The invention relates to area of phase-measuring engineering and can be used for check of phase measuring apparatuses. To basis of the invention problem on development of precision phase calibrator is placed, in it due to fact that acoustic modulators are displaced at one stabilization platform, are excited from one generator and value of angle of phase shift set in optical range is brought to doubled frequency of generator voltage substantial decrease of effect of temperature instabilities if provided and vibrations of optical section of calibrator, and dye to that accuracy of setting angle of phase shift in frequency range 2 MHz¸2 GHz I increased.
