Abstract

In this article was explored the category of the concept of “human resource potential”, presented an interpretation of this category by the domestic and foreign scholars. Revealed the economic essence of the category “human resource potential of enterprise”, and submitted the different approaches to its main components. Analyzed the peculiarities of company’s human resource potential depending on the stage of its life cycle. Considered the role of company’ human resources potential management in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprise.
