Імітансний RS-тригер

Abstract

An immitance RS-trigger comprises two transistors, a utility bus, input and output of the device, a voltage distribution bus, a first resistor, a second resistor, second terminal of which is connected to the voltage distribution bus, five capacitors, second terminal of a fifth capacitor is connected to output of the device. A sixth capacitor, third, fourth, fifth and sixth resistors, second input and second output of the device, first and second switches are incorporated. Double-base diodes are used as transistors.
