An analytical review of modern systems of building microclimate security has been performed. Feasibility study of implementation of microclimate systems for buildings has been performed. In the second section all mathematical calculations and modeling and systems of microclimate of residential buildings with the use of renewable energy sources are performed. In order to ensure the optimal microclimate, the selection of systems for ensuring the microclimate of buildings with the use of a ground heat pump was performed. Organizational and technological solutions for the installation of microclimate systems for buildings have been developed. The main measures and ways to increase the energy saving of the building and the use of renewable energy sources are considered. Measures for labor protection and safety in case of emergency situations during installation and operation of the system have been developed. Techniques - economic indicators of systems of creation of a microclimate of a house are calculated. Calculations of the estimated cost of the selected system are performed. The graphic part contains floor plans with the arrangement of microclimate systems on the floors of the building, axonometric diagrams of the systems, calendar plan of installation of the installation system.
