Abstract

In master’s qualification thesis the electric part of hydroelectric power plant (HPP) with a power of 24 MW is designed. The feasibility study for the design of the hydroelectric power station has been completed. The calculation of electric load schedules was made, power and auxiliary equipment were selected, made a choice block diagram of the station scheme open distribution device (ODD) 35 kV circuits and their needs; switchgear, stub, instrument transformers, surge limitation means, battery, and has been calculated and lightning grounding device ODD 35 kV. The issue of maintenance of power transformers is investigated. The analysis of the working conditions of the personnel of the hydroelectric power station is carried out, organizational and technical decisions on labor protection during servicing of transformers are developed, the grounding device of the 35 kV switchgear is selected.
