Abstract

The thesis is dedicated to improving the effectiveness of man-made problem situation classification by development of new information technology of classification of man-made problem situations. Technology of man-made problem situations classification was created. This technology is based on the use of verbal analysis methods and Data Mining according to proposed capacity sufficiency index of typical situations database. A mathematical model of man-made problem situations classification was proposed. The model is based on a new capacity sufficiency index of typical situations database. Also method of classification of man-made problem situation was improve according to new index. These actions allow to increase effectiveness of man-made problem situation classification. Information system for classification of man-made problem situation was developed.
