Abstract

Ukraine, which consumes in the overall balance more than 60-70% of imported energy is one of the volatile countries of Europe. And this contributes not only their absence but also inefficient information support of energy saving, which threatens the national interests and national security of the country. Therefore, the decision of questions of information support of energy saving is a priority in terms of the energy crisis in the country.
