Abstract

The combined heat-accumulation electric system has floor slab, with placed on it concrete layer with cables; between the floor slab and the concrete layer with cables there is placed high-effective insulation and two thermo-couples and electrical unit. Two thermo-couples are placed in the layer of metal-saturated electro-conductive concrete, this is placed between the layer of concrete with cables and high-effective insulation; besides that, under the layer of metal-saturated concrete reflective insulation is placed, and on the floor the sensor of floor temperature is installed.
