Abstract

Ecologization of higher education is one of the priority directions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and should be implemented in all educational institutions regardless of their ownership forms. Based on the wide experience of a number of universities of Ukraine in the implementation of "environmental education" and "environmental education" in order to prepare specialists for sustainable development, and in pursuance of the decision of the college of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, a letter to the heads of higher educational institutions with recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the dissemination of environmental Knowledge among students of higher educational institutions (Letter No. 1 / 9-95 dated February 23, 2016), application of the association of rectors of higher technical educational events of Ukraine "On the responsibility of technical universities for the environmentalization of the preparation of engineering firewood to achieve sustainable development "on July 7, 2016 by the Academic Council of the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine has developed a series of measures designed for continuous environmental education for students of education for sustainable development and the greening of the educational process in NMetAU.
