Abstract

Different models of governance of public passenger transport on the example of some European countries. It is noted that in the world today there is no single approach to choosing an effective model to management of urban passenger transport is based on the analysis of international experience in this field, this classification is the most common approaches to managing urban passenger transport. We consider the meaning and importance of pan-European trends and their impact on transport policy in some European countries. The main current problems in this area and the ways of optimizing the legal regulation of public transport on the basis of foreign and domestic experience.
