Abstract

This master's qualification work is dedicated to improving the method of balancing access to wed-resources development and comprehensive system balancing through the use of multi-level methods using a unique algorithm for balancing. In this work the analytical review of existing methods of balancing access to web-resources, the proposed combination of multi-level methods of balancing built block diagram of the integrated system of balancing access to web-resources made practical implementation of the proposed system.
