Abstract

The device for image edge detection comprises a photosensitive cell array, each of them comprises two light-emitting diodes, a transistor, two registers, two photodiodes, the cathodes being connected to the supply rail and anodes to the transistor base and through the first resistor to the common bus are connected. The transistor collector is connected to cathode of the first light-emitting diode and is an information device input. The anode of the first light-emitting diode is connected with the cathode of the second light-emitting diode, the anode being connected to the supply rail through the second resistor. The anode of the first diode is connected to the transistor base, the emitter being connected to the common bus. With the purpose of accuracy increase of the device due to opportunity to separate the upper, bottom, right and left image edge cuts, in each photosensitive cell there are an OR gate, diodes and photodiodes.
