Дослідження радіального газового підвісу з східчастими поздовжніми канавками при радіальному зовнішньому навантаженні

Abstract

In the article the radial gas bearing with longitudinal grooves of varying depths, investigated the impact of stepped form of grooves on the characteristics (radial load capacity, rigidity and gas consumption) of bearing. It turned out that the proposed form of longitudinal grooves radial gas bearing, compared with support of sustainable grooves depth and optimum design parameters has a higher dimensionless radial stiffness (20%). The gas flow through the working gap bearing is not dependent on the shape and profile grooves.
