Abstract

In the master's qualification work on "Adjusting the settling of the building. Part 2. Adjusting the settling of the building by changing the stiffness of bases and foundations " studied influence of different ways to adjust the rigidity of bases and foundations for the stress-strain state of "structure-foundation-soil " system. To review selected a building with wall constructive scheme, designed with a minimal margin of strength. Made complex calculations of the above-ground building, foundations and soil base in different variants correction of stiffness bases and foundations: the introduction of additional warehouse grillage beams, converting tape foundation to plate, the vertical arrangement of reinforcing elements in the local areas. Established that the biggest changes in the stress-strain state occur when converting tape foundation to the plate, the smallest from arrangement of vertical reinforcing elements in local areas. In part of technical design of documentation for a 5-storey residential section of the 38-apartment house with two sections in Bar town of Vinnytsia region. The questions of architectural and planning decisions were examined, has been calculated structures (reinforced concrete slab floor) and variant design of foundations, technology of building production for works of construction of above-ground parts of the building were made. The project of construction and health and safety section were made.
