Анотація
In any civilized country there is a turnover of securities, the characteristics of which are dictated by the model of the stock market. Each of them has its own composition of intermediaries engaged in the circulation of securities, their own infrastructure, types of securities. At the present stage of economic development, three models of the stock market are used: Anglo-Saxon, European continental and mixed.
