LC-негатрони та їх застосування

Abstract

The monograph deals with the properties of LC-negatrons and building of information electronic devices based on LC-negatrons. The possibilities of the using of LC-negatrons in switching, control, frequency-selective, corrective devices is showed. The using of LC-negatrons in sensors, logic and neural elements, and multipliers reactivity to improve the technical characteristics of the device is described. Versions of the technical implementation LC-negatrons is reviewed. The book is intended for students, graduate students, researchers and professionals involved in the design and development of information systems, control systems and devices based on negatrons.
