Анотація
The article reveals noosphere character of education through the becoming and development of
intelligence. The content of noosphere-information paradigm of education is explained through the
grounding of the essence of innovation and innovation in education. The content of education is
represented as a forming factor of total social intelligence. The attention is focused on the nature of
information resources, where education performs as an information service.
