Abstract

A throttle device has a body in which elastic stretching insert is tightly fixed. Beside that in the body two regulating shutoff elements are installed, those at their ends are fixed to adjusting screws placed at the ends of elongated sides of the body and fixed to the last one by means of flanges that are placed at the ends of adjusting screws at centers of which control wheels are respectively fixed. The elastic stretching insert is placed between the regulating shutoff elements.
