Abstract

Thesis is devoted to analysis of database design and methods of construction coverage forms and reports an example of building maintenance program electronic documentation of medical-social expert commission, established management system required by this database (AWS «MSEK Registrar"). In the thesis work deals with general issues of information systems, databases, different models, principles of text, network and relational databases. In developed database was created convenient main interface that makes it possible to choose the desired level of access to data, correct directories, generate reporting documentation. With the appropriate user access level of relevant training can easily change the settings when necessary workplace. It was also developed a database schema, tables, forms, reports and guides ARM "MSEC Registrar." The presented examples of database objects.
