Device ahs as well three normalization transformers of alternating current to direct one, block for power setting, third and fourth pulse generators, switchboard, third, fourth and fifth logical elements AND, logical element NOT, third temperature indicator, third transformer of temperature to direct voltage, third register, fifth functional transformer, fourth pulse counter, third comparator and second logical element OR.
