Анотація
The research is devoted to the development of a topical topic: a computer mathematical model of
optimal balance management in the structure of "production, consumption" in regional systems. The
specific task of development is a mathematical model for optimization of a closed system "development,
production, retail, recycling". Unlike the known macroeconomic models and empirical rules such as the
distribution of money to consumers, interest-free loans to manufacturers and product certificates of the
retailer, the solution of the problem is based on the methodology of optimal aggregation - replacement of
the system "development, production, retail, recycling" with an optimal equivalent production function.
An analysis of a binary tree of optimal aggregation for this system was performed and a parameterized
model of optimal control was developed. The study of the model of the production cycle is carried out.
