Удосконалення конструкції стенда для випробування рукавів високого тиску

Abstract

The design of the stand for receiving and anchoring (static) tests of high pressure sleeves used by the parent company of OJSC «Vinnitsia Plant of Tractor Units» is considered in this work. It analyzes its shortcomings and proposes improvements in order to expand the technological capabilities of the stand, improve the working conditions of the workers during the tests. In this case, the following tasks were set and solved: an overview of the existing stands of the stands; the improvement of the hydraulic circuit diagram of the stand (in comparison with the base one); assembly assembly drawing is developed; calculations of constituent elements; the design of tested high pressure hoses is considered; the study of the influence of its constructive parameters on static characteristics was performed; economical substantiation of expediency of booth improvement; Work on occupational safety and emergency measures has been developed. The graphic part of the work is developed.
