Класифікація економічних інститутів: теорія та застосування до економічних наслідків інститутів прецедентного та континентального права

Abstract

Classification of institutions by method of their information-knowledge encoding of individual is constructed. It is shown that only three types of institutions exist, which differ from each other by adaptation possibilities. It is shown that Judiciary law system possesses more high adaptation potential and is more «advantageous» for development of economy (especially on the stage of its transformation), than Continental law system.
