Abstract

The present invention relates to the electrical measurement technology and can be used in diagnostics of power thyristor converters, in eddy-current detection of workpieces, and in other cases when inductance elements are employed. According to the invention, the proposed device for separately measuring parameters of nonlinear electrical two-terminal networks contains additionally the second measuring transducer based on an operational amplifier with reference resistors in the input and negative feedback circuits, a differentiator, a digital-to-analog converter, a reference direct voltage unit, a switching unit, a comparator, a microprocessor, elements for sampling and analog-to-digital conversion of the instantaneous values of current, voltage, and current and voltage derivatives, and elements for determining the ratios and differences of the said parameters. The proposed device provides for increasing the measurement accuracy and expanding the functional range in measuring parameters of nonlinear two-terminal networks.
