Abstract

For DC mode setting of the fifteenth, the thirty third, the eighteenth, the thirty fourth transistors it is served a paraphrase reflector collected on the twelfth and the thirteenth transistors, and also current reflectors collected on the seventh, the eleventh, the twenty fifth and also on the tenth, the fourteenth, the thirty second transistors. The first, the second, the third correcting capacitors correct an amplitude-frequency characteristic and prevent self-excitation of the scheme at high frequency.
