Abstract

The proposed analog-to-digital converter contains a reference voltage source, 2n/2 - 1 comparators (n is the number of digits of the converter), a unit for determining the difference of the samples of the output signal of the converter, analog switches, 2n/2 - 1 D triggers. AND logic elements, AND-NOT logic elements, an OR logic element with n/2 + 1 inputs, and an RS trigger.
