Динаміка діяльності агрохолдингів у постреформеному сільськогосподарському виробництві

Abstract

Розкрито особливості функціонування агрохолдингів, їх вплив на процес концентрації сільсько господарських угідь за допомогою оренди та нееффективних аграрних підприємств. Зокрема про аналізовано основні напрями їх створення та організації роботи, місце цих структур у системі ви користання сільськогосподарських земель, їх взаємовідносини з державою або іншими формами агропромислових формувань, а також вплив на розвиток сільських територій, запропоновано вне сти певні корективи в аграрній політиці держави у зв'язку з діяльністю агрохолдингів. На прикладі окремих адміністративних районів Вінницької області здійснено аналіз короткост рокової динаміки діяльності агрохолдингів на фоні інших організаційних форм сільськогосподарсь ких підприємств, об'єктивних та суб'єктивних передумов, особливостей та закономірностей їх формування і функціонування, проведено оцінку фінансового аспекту їх подальшого розвитку.

The features of functioning of аgrоholding are exposed, their influence on the process of concentration of agricultural lands through their lease and ineffective of agrarian enterprises. In particular, it analyses the main directions of the creation and the organization of work, the place of these structures in the system of use of agricultural land, their relationship with government or other forms of agro industrial formations, and the impact on urban and rural development proposed to make some adjustments in agricultural policy in connection with the activities of agricultural holdings. The analysis as an example, separate administrative districts of Vinnytsia region of short term dynamics of the activities of holdings compared to other organizational forms of agricultural enterprises, objective and subjective prerequisites, specific features and regularities of their formation and functioning, the assessment of the financial aspect of their future development.
