The paper describes: – analysis of the current state of development of data processing technologies for water quality monitoring using mobile devices; – information models of the data processing process for water quality monitoring using mobile devices; – information technology for monitoring the quality of water with the use of mobile devices; – development of a mobile application for the processing of water quality monitoring data using mobile devices. The results of the work can be used in organizations that monitor the quality of water using mobile devices. The object of the work is the management of the data processing process for monitoring the quality of water using mobile devices. The purpose of the work is to create an information system for monitoring data quality monitoring using mobile devices. The subject of the study is the information technology of data quality monitoring using mobile devices. The application area is environmental protection in the Vinnytsia region, ecological monitoring of surface waters, information technologies in ecology.
