Abstract

An optoelectronic numeric comparison device comprises n optoelectronic registers and input optoelectronic register, n OR-NOT gates, AND gate and RS flip-flop, write and read enable inputs of n optoelectronic registers, write enable input of input optoelectronic register, reset input, write inputs and clock pulse bus of the device. Each discharge cell of optoelectronic registers comprises an optoelectronic quantizing module, wherein at each discharge cell of each optoelectronic register first electric input of optoelectronic quantizing module is a data write input of corresponding discharge cell. The device comprises NOT gate, n R-S flag flip-flops, n+1 delay elements, n enabling AND gates.
