Abstract

освіти. Мета дослідження полягає у теоретичному обґрунтуванні сутності культури безпеки як нової освітньої парадигми та визначенні шляхів її інтеграції в освітній процес закладів вищої освіти. Зазначено, що формування культури безпеки у закладах вищої освіти сьогодні постає одним із ключових завдань освітньої політики, адже сучасний світ позначений високим рівнем ризиків і невизначеності. Запропоновано застосування комплексного підходу до формування культури безпеки у майбутніх фахівців, що охоплює організаційні, навчальні, методичні, виховні, соціально-психологічні та дослідницькі аспекти. Доведено, що такий підхід дозволить сформувати у студентів відповідальний світогляд, здатність прогнозувати ризики й ефективно діяти в умовах невизначеності, що є необхідною умовою сталого розвитку суспільства.considered. It is noted that the formation of a safety culture in higher education institutions today is one of the key tasks of educational policy, because the modern world is marked by a high level of risks and uncertainty. The use of a comprehensive approach to the formation of a safety culture in future specialists is proposed, which covers organizational, educational, methodological, educational, socio-psychological and research aspects. It is proven that such an approach will allow students to form a responsible worldview, the ability to predict risks and act effectively in conditions of uncertainty, which is a necessary condition for the sustainable development of society.
