Abstract

The problem of determination of access net elements flaw influence on big communication operators clients service quality is considered. Based on available solutions review and analysis of influence factor structure-technology and service-function the general approach to solve this problem is proposed. The models of distribution and estimation of access net elements flaw influence in the form of tasks on special graphs are elaborated. The variants of algorithms, based on methods of working with graphs and algebraic approach, are proposed. The proposed algorithm experimental investigation and comparative analysis are fulfilled. The structure and functioning description of information technologies infrastructure control system, in which proposed models and algorithms were realized, are described.
