Abstract

An invention relates to the treatment of animal wastes by anaerobic fermentation and can be used by establishment of bioenergy installations.

A process of anaerobic fermentation of wastes consists in that due to control dosing it will be possible to adapt to various technological conditions of anaerobic fermentation and make optimal conditions for metabolism and recovery of colonies of microflora in arising mass without use of additional energy sources.

The device for anaerobic fermentation represents narrowed down hermetic housing with supply and drain nozzles, settler and cut-off valves, inside of which mixing baffles, immobilizers and bellows pump are placed, and through the upper base tank passed and hermetically attached, the lower exposed edge of which is placed below the level of drain nozzle. In its upper part gas distributor with pipelines and regulating throttle valves are placed, and in the lower, exposed part float is placed with the possibility to move freely vertically, to which operating devices are fixed correspondingly: mixing baffles, immobilizers, bellows pump, and also stock with adjustable stops, interacting with switch of gas distributor.
