Abstract

In the modern world, the principles of sustainable development have become an integral part of any production, including construction and architecture. This work is aimed at exploring two approaches to sustainable construction: green and sustainable architecture. Green architecture focuses on minimizing the impact on the environment now, while sustainable architecture is oriented towards long-term perspectives and the future of the planet.
