Abstract

Master's qualification work is devoted to developing intelligent system of customer service in dining. The approaches to the automated creation of recommendations, analyzes the main advantages and disadvantages of collaborative methods, content filtering, recommendation systems based on knowledge and hybrid systems were reviewed. The methods of collaborative filtering were analyzed. The algorithm RNSA was selected to form recommendations for customer service in dining. The architecture of information technology was designed to service in dining. Completed the design and implementation of software modules intellectual system. The developed intelligent system automates the process of service visitors in dining, solves major problems in customer service, generates recommendations for each client using collaborative filtering algorithm based on user behavior.
