dc.description.abstract	The article examines modern approaches to the reconstruction of concert venues, with an emphasis on universal spaces, optimization of acoustics, energy efficiency and preservation of historical authenticity. Analysis of international examples (Bristol Beacon, Helmut List Halle, Tonhalle) demonstrates the importance of a complex combination of technologies, flexible planning solutions and principles of sustainable development for the creation of modern cultural centers.	en
