Abstract

The microelectronic optical sensor contains two constant-voltage sources, photoresistor, field transistor and capacitor. Two optosensitive bipolar transistors, a resistor and another capacitor are included. At that, the first pole of the first constant-voltage source is connected to the first lead of the photoresistor and the second lead of the photoresistor is connected to the base of the first optosensitive bipolar transistor, which collector is connected to the first lead of the first capacitor, the second optosensitive bipolar transistor's emitter and the field transistor's gate, which forms the first output terminal. At that the first optosensitive bipolar transistor's emitter is connected to the source and the body of the field transistor. The second lead of the first capacitor is connected to the second optosensitive bipolar transistor's base and the first lead of the resistor. The second lead of the resistor is connected to the second optosensitive bipolar transistor's collector, the first lead of the second capacitor and the first pole of the second constant-voltage source. At that, the second pole of the second constant-voltage source is connected to the second lead of the second capacitor, the field transistor's drain and the second pole of the first constant-voltage source, which form a common bus to which the second output terminal is connected.
