This paper explores the possibilities and prospects of implementing automated management systems in medical centers, which contribute to optimizing internal processes, increasing staff efficiency, and improving the quality of medical services. The main functional models of such systems are analyzed, including patient registration, appointment management, electronic document flow, financial accounting and control, inventory management, and integration with laboratories and pharmacies. The key advantages of implementing an automated system are identified, such as optimizing the work of medical center staff, improving the quality of medical services for patients, reducing the risk of medical errors, and enhancing financial transparency. The main challenges associated with the implementation of such systems are outlined, including the need for investment, staff training, cybersecurity requirements, and integration with government registries. Special attention is given to the future development of automated management systems, such as the introduction of artificial intelligence, telemedicine, and the use of blockchain technology.
