Буферний каскад

Abstract

A buffer stage comprises eight transistors, two current sources, positive and negative supply buses, input and output buses. Ninth and tenth transistors are incorporated. Bases second and seventh transistors are connected to collectors of first and eight transistors, correspondingly, bases first and eight transistors are connected to buses and collectors of third and sixth transistors, correspondingly. Collectors and buses of ninth and tenth transistors are united to one another and to collectors of fourth and fifth transistors and connected to output bus.
