Abstract

The aim of the research is a ground of importance and necessity of account category of labor efficiency in the context of realization lean production on the enterprises in Ukraine. The features of socio-economic category of efficiency of labor in the context of the newest conception of organization of production are inprocess investigational on enterprises. Basic factors which hinder effective introduction of the system of prudent production on the enterprises of Ukraine are resulted. The flow diagram of forming of labor efficiency is formed on an enterprise became basis for realization of conception of thrift on an enterprise by rationalization of work of workers. Grounded basic directions of overcoming of obstacles on a way to to rationalization of control system. The conducted researches allowed to ground the necessity of exceptional importance of labor efficiency in the context of successful realization of lean production on the enterprises in Ukraine.
