Abstract

Article is devoted to the 20-anniversary of scientific direction in the section of electronics — «Negatronic». The general theory of negatronic is formalized due to introduction of concepts negative resistance, capacities and inductance, definition of connections of cause and effect and role of the positive and negative feedback underlying operation of negatron without dependence on its physical basis. It allows to expand search and open new kinds of negatrons, areas of their application, the formulation and creation of new ways of negatronic, including, those that are beyond the sphere of electronics.
