Abstract

The problem of optimal management of production processes and development of modern production systems, which is relevant for practice and important for theory, is considered. Selected for research and development of three classes of parallel structures: additive, multi-product, kit. The analysis and adjustment of the selected structures to perform the following tasks are performed: - obtaining a binary tree, parameterization, - setting and solving the problem of optimal development for an aggregate system, - obtaining a module of operational control. The following tasks are performed: service: - finance, - supply, - retail, - recycling, etc. From the point of view of "pure production" - services are subsystems of service. It is shown that when using the methodology of optimal aggregation, finance and recycling are "natural parts" of the optimal equivalent function "costs, output". In general, we have a "searchless" intelligent adaptive system. Optimal aggregation methods replace multidimensional optimization problems with equivalent systems of one-dimensional optimization problems. This allows you to use vectorization of calculations instead of search methods. The advantage of the chosen methods is the information efficiency of multilevel systems on the basis of optimal aggregation: - the possibility of information exchange between models of different levels of hierarchy and subsystems, the built-in possibility of reconfiguration in case of failures.
