Abstract

Signal dispenser contains a shift register, a first electrical input of which is input for reset, a communication optical fiber, and the matching cells. The shift register is made by optoelectronics. A optical input of the optical fiber is used as the transitions clocking input, and its outputs are connected to the first optical inputs of the corresponding matching cells, the second optical inputs of which, except the first, are the inputs for the corresponding indicating signals. A second optical input in the first matching cell is for triggering the operation, the output of every matching cell is connected to a corresponding bit at the shift register, a second electrical input in which is used as an input for the shift permission, and the optical outputs are the signal dispenser outputs.
