Abstract

The article explores the key methods and tools of personnel motivation used in modern companies. It analyzes the classification of motivational stimuli and distinguishes between direct and indirect, as well as material and nonmaterial approaches. Emphasis is placed on the importance of individual approaches and the role of corporate culture in human resource management. Practical recommendations for improving the motivational policy of enterprises are proposed.
