Abstract

In some countries of the modern world, users' access to the Internet is subject to significant legal restrictions. The issue of the state and legal restrictions on access of Chinese citizens to a number of social Internet networks in China is considered. The explanation of the restriction of access to social networks and other Internet resources is based on the legal acts of individual states.
