Розглянуто важливі питання моралі й політики, природи свободи і влади, моральні засади прав, рівності, свободи особи. Доктрина свободи, сперта на ідею автономії, припускає принцип шкоди. Так само, як і цей принцип, вона приводить до висновку, що насильство застосовувати можна тільки з метою запобігти шкоді. Презумпція свободи затушовує проблеми, що їх породжує ліберальна позиція. Це означає, що тягар доказу тисне на тих, хто обстоює обмеження свободи. Тому дуже важливо для кожного з нас розуміти сутність політичної свободи. Таким чином зазначене підтверджує актуальність даних досліджень.The important issues of morality and politics, the nature of freedom and the power of human moral principles, equality and freedom.
